30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. To start a return, email renevilla@therecoverylabandcryo.com.

Built-to-order equipment (sauna, sauna dome, hyperbaric chamber) is final sale once production begins. Cancellations before production starts receive a full refund, including the deposit.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
