Shipping Policy

Orders ship from Austin, Texas.

Small items (cold plunge bundle, massagers, red light panel) ship via standard parcel carriers. Orders placed before 2 PM CT ship within 1–2 business days.

Large equipment (sauna, sauna dome, hyperbaric chamber) ships free via freight, 10–15 business days once ready. The sauna and chamber are built to order: approximately 3 months for the sauna and 2 months for the chamber, each requiring a 50% deposit to begin production.

You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
